Students have the opportunity to raise Tilapia from the egg stage to the processing stage. We have a lab consisting of three 1,500 gallon grow tanks filled with Tilapia at all life stages. Inside the classroom we have a breeding tank and an egg hatching and rearing tank. We also have a singular tank consisting of Koi fish.
